Arian Rodriguez De Armas, M.S., BCBA

Arian is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than nine years of experience supporting children and families through evidence-based behavioral care. He built his expertise from the ground up — beginning as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), advancing to Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), and earning his BCBA certification after completing a Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Over the course of his career, Arian has worked with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental differences across a wide range of settings. His hands-on experience spans direct one-on-one intervention, caregiver coaching, school consultation, staff supervision, and behavior assessment. He designs individualized plans that help each child build meaningful new skills while reducing challenging behaviors, always through compassionate, scientifically grounded strategies.

Arian believes lasting change happens through teamwork. Parents, caregivers, teachers, and therapists each play an essential role in helping a child reach their full potential, and his approach keeps the family at the center. He focuses on practical strategies that work in everyday life — at home, at school, and in the community — and chooses the gentlest, least intrusive methods needed to create real progress.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Arian is committed to making high-quality behavioral care accessible to families from all backgrounds and to building strong, trusting partnerships across diverse communities.
