Founded in 1999, and originally housed in the Dan Marino Center facilities, Children’s Center for Development & Behavior has evolved into the leading developmental / behavioral center in Florida with a staff of over fifty associates and a state of the art facility in Broward County. Our clinical staff also supervises, via videoconferencing, the therapies of hundreds of children throughout Europe, Latin America, and the United States.

Dr. David Lubin, Ph.D., BCBA-D, is co-founder of Children’s Center for Development and Behavior, with 30+ years in applied behavior analysis, a FIU professorship, and a hands-on approach that puts every child’s progress first.

Shana Williams, Psy.D

Director of Psychological Services

Dr. Shana Williams, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist with 30+ years serving South Florida families, specializing in emotional and behavioral assessment and treatment for children and adolescents — always with a collaborative, family-centered approach.
